Ce28 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the ce28 platform. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before registering or making any transactions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any ce28 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the ce28 platform ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 years of age or older. Use by individuals who are underage is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
- Each user is permitted to hold only one account only. Holding multiple accounts may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. ce28 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless it can be proven to have occurred due to negligence on the part of the platform.
- Report any suspicious account activity to our customer support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a ce28 user, you agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You agree that you will not:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose, market manipulation, or unlawful activity.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Spreading false information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent identity documents.
- Taking any action that could harm other users or the overall operation of the platform.
- Accessing the platform from regions where the use of such services is prohibited under local law.
Any breach of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and ce28 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ce28 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions:
- The minimum deposit is set by the platform and may change from time to time.
- Accepted deposit methods include FPX, DuitNow QR, and approved local e-wallets.
- Deposited funds must originate solely from a bank account or wallet registered in the user's name.
- Ce28 reserves the right to decline deposits suspected of originating from illegitimate sources.
- Withdrawals are processed to a bank account registered solely in the user's name.
- Bonus withdrawals are subject to the rollover requirements specified in the relevant promotional terms.
- The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take up to three business days.
Ce28 is not liable for transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The ce28 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied warranties. ce28 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or unintentional data loss. The platform's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the user's account balance at the time the incident occurs.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ce28 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is:
- Evidence or suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or conduct that violates these terms.
- Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
- Requests from the relevant legal authorities.
- Account balances that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ce28 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform operator and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Reuse, reproduction, or distribution of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain references to third-party services. ce28 has no control over the policies or content of such third parties and accepts no liability for any losses arising from the use of their services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ce28 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
